“How does hypnotherapy work for weight loss, anxiety, confidence, depression?”
“Does it actually work for everyone?”
“Does hypnotherapy work for fear of flying, low self-esteem, panic attacks, phobias?”
“And what about smoking cessation, PTSD, OCD, eating disorders and fear of public speaking?”
We all can be a bit doubtful of things we’ve never tried before.
So, I thought you might appreciate reading what some of my most recent patients said about the experience they had with me.
