A friend of mine recommended me Monica’s therapy for weight loss.

I felt sceptical at first but I had run out of options as I could not get the willpower to stick to any “diets”.

The therapy has completely changed my view on food. Before, I would eat when I was full just because it was there. I felt the pressure of finishing my whole plate. Now, I can take it or leave it. I can eat what I want when I want but don’t feel as many cravings!

I’ve managed to lose the first 4 pounds of my 2 stone goal. I haven’t struggled or felt like I’m trying. This is the best part! I just wish I had done it sooner!
